For over a decade, I’ve been helping SaaS companies design customer success strategies that actually work – strategies rooted in empathy, clarity, and real impact. I’ve led the charge on building and rolling out frameworks like Strategic Alignment and Value Realization across organizations, resulting in product adoption increases of over 45% and customer retention rates hitting 98% year over year. I love connecting the dots between data and people – making sure that what customers need and what companies deliver are always in sync.
But beyond the KPIs and frameworks, I care deeply about doing the right thing. I’m driven by justice, protecting the underdog, and creating spaces where people feel heard, seen, and valued – especially women finding their voices in the workplace and in life.
I’ve been married for 21 years to my best friend, and we’ve raised two incredible daughters, now 18 and 20, who are fierce, wise, and unafraid to challenge the world. I find joy and clarity in the outdoors – camping, hiking, and breathing in the wild air whenever I can.
My journey hasn’t always been easy – and I wouldn’t change a thing. The challenges and setbacks I’ve faced have shaped me into a mentor, speaker, and storyteller. I believe our lived experiences hold power – and my mission is to use mine to help women rise, lead, and own their brilliance.
